Here at Vdepot our system integrates directly into your Shopify store. This will ensure that your products, orders and inventory are fully synchronised at all times.

To begin your Shopify integration please can you follow the steps below to share your access keys and information. Once you've completed and shared your information a member of the Vdepot team will be in contact to confirm.

Start by logging into your Shopify Store. Then click on 'Apps' in the admin sidebar (step 1)

A dropdown menu will appear. Click on 'App and sale channel settings' (step 2)

Next you need to click 'Develop apps'

Followed by clicking 'Allow custom app development'

Please Note: if you've previously allowed custom app development prior to this you'd have already done steps 4 & 5. Please jump to step 6.

In the next window, read the warning and information provided and click 'Allow custom app development' to confirm.

After you've allowed custom app development, you can select 'Create an app'

Please Note: if you've previously allowed custom app development the 'Create an app' button will be displayed in the top right hand-side.

Naming your app - Enter the name as 'Vdepot Fulfilment' and then choose the appropriate admin user.

Click 'Create app'

Once the app has been created click onto 'Configure Admin API scopes'

Here you'll see many categories, use the 'filter access scopes' feature (step 10) to search each of the bold headings in the below table, ticking the corresponding tick boxes as you go.

Once all appropriate boxes have been ticked click 'Save' (step 11)

You are now able to install the app!

Click on the 'Install app' button which has now appeared in the top right-hand side of the screen.

Navigate through to the API credentials tab – here you'll find your API access token.

Click 'Reveal token once' and copy and paste all the text (step 14) into the form below.

Repeat the copy and paste step for 'API key' and 'API secret key', using the clipboard icon. (step 15 and 16).
